The TOMU Villa line consists of a studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom floor plans that are prefabricated in TOMU’s Frederick, Maryland manufacturing facility and shipped 95% complete to the developer’s chosen site, with only minimal on-site assembly and finish work required.
