With our innovative modular building system designed specifically for hospitality, we enable hosts and hoteliers in bringing their unique concepts to life—more quickly, cost-effectively, and sustainably.

Our prefabricated guest units are constructed with premium commercial-grade materials, delivered nearly complete to site, and require only a few days of onsite installation to get projects opened and operating sooner. Whether through a pre-designed model or a bespoke creation, Tomu ensures that every project is an authentic reflection of the creator’s vision and their guests’ expectations.
