With our innovative modular building system designed specifically for hospitality, we enable hosts and hoteliers in bringing their unique concepts to life—more quickly, cost-effectively, and sustainably.

Our prefabricated guest units are constructed with premium commercial-grade materials, delivered nearly complete to site, and require only a few days of onsite installation to get projects opened and operating sooner. Whether through a pre-designed model or a bespoke creation, Tomu ensures that every project is an authentic reflection of the creator’s vision and their guests’ expectations.

For the past two years we’ve been combining our passions for travel, design, and innovation to build a company creating a more inclusive future for hospitality. We’ve completed our prototype, taken orders, and beginning to ramp up production.
