Tomu Named in American Inno’s 40 Startups to Watch in the US

American Inno has unveiled its inaugural Startups to Watch — a list of 40 innovative startups in the U.S.


WASHINGTON, DC & FREDERICK, MD – Tomu, Inc. was named in American Inno’s recent list of Startups to Watch in 2022. Tomu is joined by 40 other companies across the United States in various sectors.

Tomu is bringing innovations in modular and prefabricated construction to the hospitality through their line of modular lodging units aimed at property investors and hospitality developers.

The Tomu building system includes a turnkey line of “Villas” consisting of a Studio, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom floor plans and additional customizable options for larger scale developments with bespoke brand requirements. Units are shipped 95% complete to the developer’s chosen site, with only minimal on-site assembly and finish work required.
